26 years of experience helping families retire with confidence
Jeffrey’s journey into finance began long before he realized it would become his life’s work. Growing up between Staten Island and New Jersey in a middle-class household, he watched his father leap into entrepreneurship, planting an early seed of curiosity about money, markets, and independence. When his father bought him his first stock, Jeffrey kept track diligently by reading the newspaper’s finance section. There, he would track the market and watch his money grow. He knew he wanted to follow his dad’s entrepreneurial path, and now, after discovering his knack for finance, he was prepared to carve a path of his own.
Jeffrey pursued this early interest at Wake Forest University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. His early career began in investment banking and corporate finance, learning strong fundamentals of accounting and finance. Over time, Jeffrey realized the work could be something different. After finding himself at a crossroads, he had to decide whether to join another corporate firm or invest in himself, become independent, and build a practice that would contribute to the safety and protection of his community. He chose the latter, starting a retirement planning firm and building it from the ground up. He ultimately concluded that his purpose wasn’t to enrich corporations, but to apply his corporate experience to empower individuals in his community to make financial decisions aligned with what truly mattered to them. The road was not easy, but endurance has a way of shaping perspective.
Today, Jeffrey leads Paladin Retirement Advisors with a philosophy shaped by both resilience and growth. His wife Beth now works alongside him, bringing a collaborative energy that has made the journey far more effective in changing the lives of the people around them. Together with their team, they continue building a practice centered on relationships, thoughtful planning, and clear guidance. The team at Paladin believes that with patience, curiosity, and the right strategy, there is always potential to uncover the path forward and create something meaningful.
When you work with me, you're not an account number or an asset under management statistic. You're a person with dreams, concerns, and goals that matter. I want to know about your kids, your grandkids, your health, your hobbies, and your vision for life after work.
I believe financial planning should make sense. I'll never hide behind jargon or complicated terminology. Everything I recommend, I'll explain in straightforward language you can understand and act on with confidence.
Through our Paladin Retirement Roadmap and 15% Solution™, we address every force that could impact your retirement—not just investment returns. We plan for your family, occupation, recreation, and money, creating a holistic strategy that protects you from all angles.
I'm legally and ethically bound to put your interests first. Always. This isn't just a regulatory requirement—it's how I run my practice and how I'd want my own family treated.
I’m honored to have been featured in Kiplinger Magazine for my expertise in retirement planning. This national recognition reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of retirement planning strategies and providing Bucks County families with sophisticated planning typically only available in larger markets.
But the recognition I value most comes from our clients—families who trust us as their allies through one of life’s most important transitions.
Besides God, my family is the most important thing to me. I've been married to Beth for 28 years, and together we've raised three wonderful sons. We've lived in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania for 25 years, and I can't imagine calling anywhere else home.
When I'm not in the office helping families plan their retirements, you'll find me staying active. I'm an avid cyclist and competitive racquetball player. These activities keep me energized and remind me that retirement should include the health and vitality to enjoy life fully.
Beth and I are active members of Crossing Community Church, and I serve as Chapter Leader for Believers in Business. We're also involved with the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Newtown Rotary. Giving back to the community that has given us so much is important to us.
Every time I help a client discover they can claim Social Security benefits they didn’t know they were entitled to, every time I show someone how to make their money last a lifetime instead of running out, every time I protect a family from devastating long-term care costs—I’m fulfilling the mission that drove me to start this practice.
I’ve seen what proper planning can do. I’ve witnessed the peace of mind it brings, the opportunities it creates, the legacies it protects. And I’ve seen the alternative—the struggles, the regrets, the missed opportunities.
That’s why I take this work personally. Your retirement isn’t just another case file to me. It’s your life after work, your family’s future, your legacy. And I’m honored when you trust me to help protect it.
