Fiduciary Commitment
At Paladin Retirement Advisors, we believe retirement planning is about people, not just portfolios. Jeff and Beth Beyer built this practice on trust, resilience, and a real connection to the Bucks County community they’re part of. They pair thoughtful strategy with a genuine understanding of the families they serve, helping you approach big financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
Our clients are part of the family. We care about your kids, grandkids, health, and dreams.
No one else has the Paladin Retirement Roadmap and 15% Solution—covering every potential force that could impact your retirement.
We speak in a language you can understand. No jargon, no confusion—just clear, honest guidance you can act on with clarity and confidence.
From wealth management and income planning to Social Security, tax strategy, and estate coordination, we bring every piece of your retirement together into one clear plan—built around your goals and the life you want after work.
Professional investment management, asset allocation, and portfolio oversight.
Social Security maximization, pension analysis, and income for life.
Retirement isn’t just about money—it’s about the life you’ve built and the one you’re planning next. Our Paladin Retirement Roadmap looks beyond your portfolio to the four areas that shape a fulfilling retirement:
The most important thing in life after God.
Work because you love it, not because you need to.
Time for hobbies, travel, charity work you never had time for.
The financial foundation that makes it all possible.
We take no more than 15% of your portfolio and allocate it to protect against all the ‘what ifs’ that can negatively impact your retirement:

We answer the most common questions Bucks County families have about retirement planning, our services, and what it’s like to work with Paladin Retirement Advisors.
We offer two complimentary discovery and evaluation sessions before discussing any fees. During these sessions, you'll receive detailed analysis reports at no charge. If you decide to work with us, we'll discuss our fee structure transparently during the implementation session. Our compensation is based on assets under management, ensuring our success is directly tied to yours. We're fiduciaries, meaning we're legally obligated to put your interests first.
We provide comprehensive retirement planning using our proprietary Paladin Retirement Roadmap (FORM methodology) and 15% Solution™—frameworks you won't find anywhere else. Unlike advisors who focus solely on investments, we coordinate every aspect of retirement: income planning, Social Security optimization, tax strategies, Medicare enrollment, long-term care protection, and estate coordination. We're a family-based practice where you work directly with Jeff and Beth Beyer, not junior advisors or administrative staff.
Both options are available. We love meeting clients face-to-face at our historic Newtown office at 532 Durham Rd, but we also offer secure video conferencing for clients who prefer virtual meetings or live outside the immediate Bucks County area. We successfully serve clients nationwide and throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, and South Carolina using both in-person and virtual meeting formats.
We require a minimum of $20,000 in investable assets to begin a client relationship. This allows us to provide the comprehensive planning and ongoing service our clients deserve while maintaining the personal attention that sets us apart from larger firms.
Our 3-session journey typically unfolds over 3 weeks, depending on your schedule. Session 1 (Discovery) takes 45-60 minutes. We then spend 8-12 hours analyzing your situation before Session 2 (Evaluation), which takes 90 minutes. Session 3 (Implementation) takes 90 minutes and occurs after you've had time to review everything and decide if you want to work with us. There's no rush—you control the timeline.
Absolutely. Social Security optimization is one of our core services. We analyze all available claiming strategies considering your marital status, health, other income sources, and long-term goals. We analyze claiming strategies designed to help maximize your lifetime benefits through proper timing and coordination. This analysis is included in your complimentary evaluation session.
Both! We serve pre-retirees typically 5-10 years from retirement who need comprehensive planning to ensure they're ready, as well as those already retired who need ongoing income management, tax planning, Medicare guidance, and portfolio oversight. Whether you're 55 and planning ahead or 75 and already enjoying retirement, we can help.
Many of our clients previously worked with other advisors but weren't receiving the comprehensive, coordinated planning they needed. We welcome the opportunity to provide a second opinion during our complimentary evaluation session. You'll receive detailed analysis showing how our approach differs, and you can make an informed decision about whether switching makes sense for your situation.
