Our Founder
Meet Jeff Beyer, CEO
I founded Paladin Retirement Advisors in 2025 with a singular mission: to provide retirees with the clarity, confidence, and comprehensive planning they deserve. As a fiduciary, I'm legally and ethically bound to put my clients' interests first—always. That's not just a tagline for me; it's how I run my practice every single day.
I've spent over 25 years in financial services, with the last 16 years dedicated exclusively to retirement and estate planning. I began my career in 1999 in investment banking with Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch, where I developed deep expertise in markets and investment strategy. But in 2009, I made a deliberate shift to focus on what I'm most passionate about: helping individuals and families transition into and through retirement with security and peace of mind.
I created the Paladin Retirement FORMula and The 15% Solution™—proprietary planning processes that have helped hundreds of clients build comprehensive, written financial plans. My approach addresses the five critical pillars of retirement success: income strategies that last, investment diversification to minimize sequence-of-returns risk, tax optimization, long-term care protection, and Medicare and final expense planning. Every client I work with receives a personalized roadmap, not a one-size-fits-all solution.
I hold my Series 65 securities license and Life and Health Insurance licenses, and I serve as Chief Compliance Officer for Paladin Retirement Advisors, ensuring our firm operates with the highest standards of integrity and transparency. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Wake Forest University.
Beyond my practice, I'm deeply committed to financial education and community service. I serve as an Ambassador for The Financial Awareness Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving financial literacy nationwide. I also serve as Facilitator for the Bucks County Believers in Business Chapter and as an Ambassador for the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce. As an Eagle Scout, I learned early on that service, integrity, and leadership aren't just ideals—they're daily commitments. Those values continue to guide both my work and my community involvement.
My wife Beth and I have called Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania home for 25 years, where we've raised our three sons—Jay (21), Brennan (18), and Gabriel (16). When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me on long bike rides through Bucks County, playing racquetball, or spending quality time with my family.
