I'm the operational backbone of Paladin Retirement Advisors, serving as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In these dual roles, I ensure that every client experience reflects our firm's commitment to excellence, compliance, and care. But I don't just manage the behind-the-scenes operations—I'm an integral part of our client service team, holding my insurance license and directly supporting clients with long-term care, Medicare, and life insurance solutions.
I graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University and began my career in corporate America, where I held key strategic roles at GlaxoSmithKline and The Franklin Mint. Those experiences in demanding, high-accountability environments taught me the importance of systems, processes, and getting details right—skills that now directly benefit our clients and operations at Paladin.

After several successful years in the corporate world, I made the deliberate choice to step away from my career to homeschool our three sons—Jay, Brennan, and Gabriel. That decision required the same organizational excellence, long-term planning, and commitment I bring to my work today. Now, with our youngest son still homeschooling part-time, I've returned to the professional world with a unique blend of business acumen, life experience, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate complex decisions.
My role at Paladin is multifaceted. I oversee firm operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work directly with clients to secure the insurance protections that are often the safety net in a well-designed retirement plan. My attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way gives clients confidence that their plans are built on a solid foundation.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I'm an active member of our church community and enjoy studying homeopathy, reading, and maintaining my personal fitness. Jeff and I have been partners in business and life for over two decades, and together we've built both a family and a firm rooted in integrity, service, and faith.
